About CartMetrica

CartMetrica was founded in 2023 and is registered as a limited liability company in the State of Texas. Our principal office is located in Richardson, Texas, and we serve clients across the United States and internationally.

We are a small, focused team of practitioners who have spent their careers running paid media, building marketing technology, and operating direct-to-consumer storefronts. Rather than offering a broad menu of generic agency services, we concentrate on the few disciplines that compound: martech implementation, content and SEO, and conversion-rate optimization — all measured against ROAS.

Our clients engage us to operate as an extension of their marketing team. With explicit authorization, we manage the advertising platforms our clients use — including Google Ads — on their behalf. This typically includes:

• Martech Software: custom integrations, tracking infrastructure, and internal dashboards that connect advertising data to revenue.
• Content Marketing & SEO: editorial strategy, on-page optimization, and content production designed for organic compounding.
• Conversion-Rate Optimization (CRO): data-driven testing and iteration on landing pages, checkout flows, and lifecycle touchpoints.
• Paid Media Management: campaign strategy, creative direction, bidding, and reporting across Google Ads and adjacent platforms, executed under the access our clients explicitly grant us.

Where our work involves third-party platforms such as the Google Ads API, we use that access exclusively to deliver the services our clients have engaged us to provide. We do not sell client data, we do not use it to fuel any advertising of our own, and our practices comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
